Your account

You need an account to train. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and use accurate information. One account is for one person.

Free and paid content

Free: the first 3 modules in total, in any combination of tracks, with 15 coach reviews of your challenge videos.

Essential: every track and module, belts, practice mode and coach questions (3 free per week, then paid). You pass challenges by watching each step of the level 5 times. Coach reviews are not included; you can buy a single review for CHF 3, which unlocks one clip for one challenge. A new clip after “Try again” may need a new payment.

Premium: everything in Essential, plus a coach review on every challenge step with an answer within 24 hours, unlimited retries and no limit on reviews.

New modules are added over time and are included in both plans at no extra cost.

Plans, renewal, switching and cancellation

• Essential: CHF 12 per month or CHF 119 per year.
• Premium: CHF 19 per month or CHF 189 per year.
• Launch offer: the first 100 subscribers to the monthly Premium plan pay CHF 9.50 per month for their first 12 months, then the regular CHF 19. It does not apply to Essential or to yearly plans, and ends once 100 people have used it.
• Single coach review: CHF 3, paid once, for one clip on one challenge.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly at any time from your account page. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and monthly/yearly changes apply at the end of the current billing period. Clips you already sent stay in the review queue.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are handled by that store under its own rules.

Challenge steps

Every level ends with a challenge (its last step). You can pass it in one of two ways:

• Upload a short practice video. An automatic first check may pass it right away; otherwise a coach reviews it and passes it or asks you to try again.
• Watch each of the five steps of that level at least five times.

Upload only videos of yourself, and nothing offensive or unlawful. We may remove uploads and close accounts that break this rule.

Your clip is kept until the coach has reviewed it. If it is approved, it is deleted immediately. Otherwise, it is deleted 7 days after you open the feedback, or when you send a new clip.

Belts and certificates

When you reach a new belt you can order a real belt with a hand-signed certificate for CHF 35 plus shipping (Switzerland CHF 5, Europe CHF 15, rest of the world CHF 20). We use your shipping address only to deliver the order.

Train safely

Consult your doctor before starting any physical activity. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness.

The courses are general instruction, not medical advice. You accept this health notice when you create your account, and again before the Mobility track. You train at your own risk.

Our content

The videos, course structure and materials belong to KTQ - The Martial Way. You may use them for your own practice, but not copy, share or resell them.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time under Account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes
